Our gluten-free lemon curd tart combines a creamy, smooth lemon filling with a scrumptious almond cookie crust. This zesty lemon tart will awaken your taste buds and add a sweet touch to any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:
Crust: Sugar, Butter, The Maine Pie Co. Special Gluten Free Flour Mix, Almonds, Eggs, Lemon Peel, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Butter, Lemon Peel.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains Milk, Eggs and Almonds. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove tart from plastic wrap. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour or until tart is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

So good 😊

We found the crusts to be deliciously flakey and the fillings to be scrumptious. Our favorite is blueberry pie but our goal is to sample all the flavors. Apple was sooo good as well!

This lemon tart is gourmet level perfection. And the crust… This will become my go-to dessert item for special occasions (though this occasion is just for us!).

Adding whipped cream or ice cream mellowed the citrus just enough. Delicious, whether plain or with topping.
