This pie has become my holiday favorite pie. I look forward to enjoying them every year. I really like the flavor combination. For me, the cranberries push this pie to the top of my list. I’m very pleased there is a great tasting gluten free pie out there for us gluten intolerant people to enjoy. Our local Sprouts carries them but they don’t stay on the shelves very long. This past holiday season I bought two, one for Thanksgiving (try it with vanilla ice cream) and one for later in the winter. Thanks for making them!

Beautiful, rustic, and deliciously designed GF Apple Cranberry Nut Pie by the Maine Pie Company! Not too sweet, not too tart, but just right. Tasted homemade even when heating it up from frozen. I can't gush enough about this pie. Time to order again!

In order to get APPLE Pies to New Mexico, I had to buy almost $100 worth. And I HAD to get them “next day”. I did not get a text message reminder from Main Pie. I did not get an email (or at least not one that I found), and so they arrived when I was not at home, my son took them in, and sat in my living room for a week!

I obviously won’t be able to eat them. It was a huge waste of money and this is all because none of the stores in my area will carry the pie that I wanted during the regular year. I couldn’t go to the grocery store to get what I wanted and I really really really wanted an apple cranberry pie… and now I’ve spent $100 and I still don’t have one.

Could not I have just gotten just ONE text message from the Main pie Company, letting me know that my pies were being shipped or had arrived?

A text message from Fedex or UPS is no good because it doesn’t give me any actual information. It doesn’t tell me who the sender was or the contents. It makes me go to a computer and log into their website account (which I don’t know what it is because I haven’t logged in for a year… so then reset the password, and then tell you there’s an error and come back later”….) so I have given up on trying to get information out of FedEx or UPS. I get too many packages from Amazon to do that.

In the end, I never got to enjoy my pies. $100 down the drain. so that’s my rating: One star.
