INGREDIENTS:
Crust: Sugar, Butter, The Maine Pie Co. Special Gluten Free Flour Mix, Almonds, Eggs, Lemon Peel, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Butter, Lemon Peel.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains Milk, Eggs and Almonds. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove tart from plastic wrap. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour or until tart is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!
