We want them to arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, so we pack them in a cooler with dry ice. All our products ship frozen, which affects the cost of shipping. If for any reason your package arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours.

Important Shipping Information:

• We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, with shipments arriving in 1-2 days.
• Our shipment cutoff time is 9 a.m. EST. Orders placed after 9 a.m. EST will ship on the next available shipping day.
• If you place an order on Wednesday after 9 a.m. EST, your order won't ship until the following Monday.
