Making certified gluten-free desserts is our priority at The Maine Pie Co. We want them to arrive at their destination in the best possible condition, so we pack all products in a cooler with dry ice or ice packs and ship them frozen. Because of our specialized packaging, shipping costs vary based on your location and selected method.

We offer ground and overnight shipping where available. Shipping methods vary by destination. Available options are shown at checkout.

Please note that shipping speed doesn't include order processing or fulfillment time. Shipping speed refers to transit time after the package leaves our facility.

Shipping Schedule

• We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
• Orders placed after our 9 a.m. EST cutoff will typically ship on the next available shipping day.
• Orders placed after 9 a.m. EST on Wednesday will typically ship the following Monday.
• We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. In some cases, fulfillment may take up to 7 days. For order-related questions, please email us.

If your package arrives damaged for any reason, please email us within 24 hours of delivery.
