Our gluten-free pie shells are now available as ready-to-roll gluten-free pie dough! Perfect for both sweet and savory recipes, our pie dough couldn't be easier to use. Each package includes 2 pie dough balls so you can make two pie shells or the top and bottom crust for a single pie.

Butter, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Eggs, Potato Starch*, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar*, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum. *Non-GMO
ALLERGY STATEMENT:
Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Remove dough from freezer and allow to thaw (1-2 hours). Using a gluten-free flour, potato starch, or tapioca starch, dust dough ball and surface on which the dough is to be rolled. Lightly flour rolling pin and roll dough to desired shape, thickness, and size.

• Single Crust Pre-Baked Pie Shells: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rolled dough in pie tin. Roll and crimp the edge of the pie shell. Use a fork to prick holes in the bottom of the crust. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
• Filled Pie Shell: Follow Directions for Use above then proceed with instructions from selected recipe.
• Top Crust of Pie: Follow Directions for Use above. Place crust on top of the filled pie and roll the top and bottom crusts together. Crimp the edge using a fork or your fingers into a desired pattern. Cut a few openings in the top crust to allow the steam to escape. Brush with melted butter. Bake according to your recipe.
