Our gluten-free lemon curd tart combines a creamy, smooth lemon filling with a scrumptious almond cookie crust. This zesty lemon tart will awaken your taste buds and add a sweet touch to any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:
Crust: Sugar, Butter, The Maine Pie Co. Special Gluten Free Flour Mix, Almonds, Eggs, Lemon Peel, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Butter, Lemon Peel.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains Milk, Eggs and Almonds. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove tart from plastic wrap. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour or until tart is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

The Best GF Pie

Honestly the best GF pies I have had. The crust feels like a normal pie crust. A little salty, a little sweet, very good. And the fillings have been fantastic! Highly recommend. Even my wheat eating family members love them!
