Our gluten-free lemon curd tart combines a creamy, smooth lemon filling with a scrumptious almond cookie crust. This zesty lemon tart will awaken your taste buds and add a sweet touch to any occasion.

Crust: Sugar, Butter, The Maine Pie Co. Special Gluten Free Flour Mix, Almonds, Eggs, Lemon Peel, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Butter, Lemon Peel.

Contains Milk, Eggs and Almonds. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove tart from plastic wrap. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour or until tart is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

Fantastic Lemon Curd Tart

We have been enjoying all the pie flavors that you offer. We just decided to try the Lemon Curd Tart. The flavor from the tart is our new favorite. The crust is delicious and the lemon is the perfect amount of tart. We will purchase this again.

Shipping is the issue

My pies arrived all off center. They were almost completely defrosted. I was so disappointed as I had ordered pies in the fall and they were delicious and arrived in tact. The company refunded my payment.
