Our gluten-free lemon curd tart combines a creamy, smooth lemon filling with a scrumptious almond cookie crust. This zesty lemon tart will awaken your taste buds and add a sweet touch to any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:
Crust: Sugar, Butter, The Maine Pie Co. Special Gluten Free Flour Mix, Almonds, Eggs, Lemon Peel, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Butter, Lemon Peel.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains Milk, Eggs and Almonds. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove tart from plastic wrap. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 30–40 minutes or until tart is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

LOVE THE TART

With food allergies, it is wonderful to find a pie that agrees with my my mom. She was celebrating her birthday and loves lemon tarts and pies. It made her birthday extra special. It was so delicious and special to be able to share with my sister!! Thank you!!!
