Our gluten-free lemon curd tart combines a creamy, smooth lemon filling with a scrumptious almond cookie crust. This zesty lemon tart will awaken your taste buds and add a sweet touch to any occasion.

INGREDIENTS:
Crust: Sugar, Butter, The Maine Pie Co. Special Gluten Free Flour Mix, Almonds, Eggs, Lemon Peel, Almond Extract, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Eggs, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Butter, Lemon Peel.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains Milk, Eggs and Almonds. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove tart from plastic wrap. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for approximately 1 hour or until tart is golden brown. Let cool and enjoy!

My GF friend loved

I had some Maine Pies sent to my friend for her birthday, and she raved about how good they are. As a New Englander she was familiar with them from Thanksgiving time, when her store carries them seasonally. She's thrilled to know they're available year round by mail--and I'm glad I have another great GF option for sending to her!

So perfect

Absolutely love this tart, flavor is very lemony crisp with right amount of sweetness. I didn't take a pic before cutting and serving and is all gone. So delicious
