Crust: The Maine Pie Co. Gluten-Free Mix (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch), Butter, Eggs, Fresh Lemon Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Light Corn Syrup, Sugar, Eggs, Pecans, Butter, Vanilla Extract.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains Milk, Eggs and Tree Nuts (Pecans). Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

INSTRUCTIONS:  Unwrap and allow to come to room temperature for approximately two hours before serving. Enjoy!

Fabulous pecan pie

I only got a tiny slice of this pecan pie because my daughter and husband were so enthusiastic about it. They practically split it between them. Terrific filling and crust -- so rich and satisfying.

No need to add that the fact that it's gluten free is wonderful, but you would never know this delightful pie wasn't crafted in your grandmother's kitchen in the 1950s. No difference in the flavor and texture from a traditional pecan pie.

Delicious!!

I was excited to try this pecan pie. I had never seen it in a store before. I found it at Hannaford and we ate it for our Christmas dessert. We all thoroughly enjoyed it, even though not everyone has to avoid gluten.
