INGREDIENTS:
Butter, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Eggs, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

Baking Directions for Unfilled Pie Shell:   Preheat oven to 350°F.  Remove frozen crust from bag and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baking Directions for Filled Pie Shell:   Bake as instructed in your recipe.

This is an excellent gluten-free pie crust. My husband even likes it. And he is not gluten-free.

Good taste,
Did have a little trouble with the crust sticking to the foil pan.
Thinking I may try moving one to a glass dish?

Gluten free but flavorful

I have three family members who have Celiac Disease, so discovering these pie shells was amazing. I love them for pies and I’m excited to be able to serve quiche again. People who do not need to go gluten free love them as much as those who need gluten free options.
