INGREDIENTS:
Butter, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Eggs, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

Baking Directions for Unfilled Pie Shell:   Preheat oven to 350°F.  Remove frozen crust from bag and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baking Directions for Filled Pie Shell:   Bake as instructed in your recipe.

Pleasant Surprise

This gluten free pie crust has all the right ingredients and a low, low sugar content. I was amazed at how light and "real" it tasted. I make my own buckwheat crust for most pies but I was looking for a lighter crust and one with less of an overpowering flavor for a chocolate cream pie. This was a pleasant surprise and hit all the right notes for the chocolate cream filling.

Best GF pie crust!

I have tried several different GF pie crust and this is hands down the best one ever! It cooks uniformly, does not break apart and is very flaky. You can actually eat this crust!
