INGREDIENTS:
Butter, White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Eggs, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch, Cane Sugar, Fresh Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

Baking Directions for Unfilled Pie Shell:   Preheat oven to 350°F.  Remove frozen crust from bag and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baking Directions for Filled Pie Shell:   Bake as instructed in your recipe.

Phenomenal pie crust

It’s great for savory or sweet and is absolutely delicious. Non-GFers cannot tell the difference either. My cheese & broccoli Quiche.

Great pie crust.

This pie crust is the best gluten free pie crust we've had. Don't understand the bad reviews, can only thing that you can't please everyone. Let them try making their own and see how it comes out. Great job.

A disappointment

The crust tasted raw even after baking. It was never flakey and tasted flavorless. They need to go back to the drawing board with this expensive item. This was a complete waste of money. I threw it away.

Need much improvement

Poe crusts are made with egg and butter that overpower any scent pumpkin might have when baking pumpkin pie. It's nit a very pleasant scent either. The crusts cracked and aren't very great tasting. Please try again without the eggs in the crust recipe.
