Not entirely thrilled

I bought these to use as food on theater set as we had actors who are gluten free. Followed the directions for baking and went the 15 minutes at 350. Having never used these found out later they were not done! Tasted horrible. I had to cook for 30 minutes to get them to brown. BTW I am using a gas oven and wonder if that made a difference.

Amazing

I developed a gluten allergy several years ago. These are my go-to now! I use them for pies, quiche, tomato pie and so much more~ I prebake them prior to filling them. They are never mushy or crumbly. The flavor and consistency are perfect, and my family loves them!

Perfect for pies and quiches

This has been my goto for the holidays this year and it really saved me from boredom and jealousy while everyone else got to eat pie. I had the pumpkin pie first but then they were all out so I used the crust. It’s great! And perfect for quiches too.
