Baking Directions for Unfilled Pie Shell: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove frozen crust from bag and bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Baking Directions for Filled Pie Shell: Bake as instructed in your recipe.
These pie crusts are the absolute best gluten free crust I have ever tasted! 2 or 3 family members are gluten free and I would always have to make regular pie crusts and a gluten free option. For years I have searched for a decent gluten free crust but WOW!! when I tasted the Maine Co.'s gluten free crust, its so perfectly buttery and flaky that I prefer it to any regular pie crust ( homemade or pre-made) and now I use Maine Co Gluten Free crusts for every pie I make. Friends and fmaily cannot believe me when they comment on the yummy crust and I tell them its store bought, and GUTEN FREE! The only drawback is that they are very hard to find in the Boston area. Whole Foods used to carry them, and doesn't anymore. Please start supplying Massachusetts better. The $22.00 shipping fee is limiting how often I purchase.
This is the best pie crust ! My grandson is gluten intolerant so we found Maine Pie co. And haven’t gone to any other brand . I am unable to get here in this part of Ky so order on line what a blessing

This gluten free pie crust has all the right ingredients and a low, low sugar content. I was amazed at how light and "real" it tasted. I make my own buckwheat crust for most pies but I was looking for a lighter crust and one with less of an overpowering flavor for a chocolate cream pie. This was a pleasant surprise and hit all the right notes for the chocolate cream filling.
