INGREDIENTS:
Crust: The Maine Pie Co. Gluten-Free Mix (White Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Potato Starch, Tapioca Starch), Butter, Eggs, Fresh Lemon Juice, Pure Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Filling: Wild Maine Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries, Sugar, Fresh Lemon Juice, Cornstarch, Butter, Cinnamon, Salt.

ALLERGY STATEMENT: 
Contains milk and eggs. Processed in a facility that handles tree nuts.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:  Preheat oven to 425°F. Remove pie from plastic wrapping and bake on bottom rack for 20 minutes, then reduce heat to 350°F. Move pie to the middle rack and continue to bake until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbly (approximately 40-50 minutes). Remove pie from oven and allow to cool for approximately one hour. Enjoy! Convection: Adjust time and temperatures accordingly.

Best Pie Ever

This was one of the best fruit pies I've ever had. The combinations of fruits was so delicious. The crust was the best too. Baked perfectly. I prefer it to regular fruit pies I've had in the past. This was so much better. What a treat for someone with celiac disease on a gluten free diet. Only negative was the cost for shipping and minimum order amount. Bought the shells to make pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving

The pies from the Maine Pie Co. are absolutely delicious, excellent flaky crust and excellent fillings. Tree berry pie is not overly sweet with just enough tartness.

Excellent quality, can't even tell it's gluten-free

I bought this (and a couple other flavors) of pie for my father who has become gluten sensitive with age. He's been raving about the taste, telling all his gluten sensitive friends, and told me he can't even tell it's gluten-free. I'm sure he'll be ordering more pies on his own in the future once he finishes the other two and we also got him some pie crusts so they can bake their own. Two thumbs up!
